I don't really like the graffiti... but well anyway, not everyone who makes graffiti is a king you know... anyway, watch your colour count again... irfanview counts 29 colours! the graffiti doesnt need dithering, mix 1 colour for each letter instead. Maybe it's also because you might have left a pixel in an old colour in a few places in the dithering...? And well... besides that it looks ok...

I'm only Joking,     The Dithering for shading / Shadow is good,  and the graffiti is whats best.
