I really love what you got here. That Wario mugshot is fantastic, everything else besides the sprites (Toad/enemies) could use some work. They somewhat clash with the style, the back of the tree is a good start. The way it fades in black in the back is somewhat distracting.

Very nice. I dont like how dark the back of the trunk gets, its sorda distracting away from the game.
