Christopher, Smoke bombs explode, and release loads of smoke, which doesnt happen here, I'd call this A Stun grendade or a Normal Grenade.....

But Great animation, Just remove the black flash and maybe turn it a yellowish white, So it suits the White part of the flash too.

I wouldnt slow it down..
I see the white flash, i dont really like the purple-ish flash before it though.
Also, im pretty sure an actual smoke bomb doesnt explode, just puts out smoke. I like how you did the smoke on it though.

id say a smoke bomb releases smoke, or explodes and then releases smoke, and not just explode.... besides that its superb!
