Inspired by Victorian houses, starting after I found Edmond Hopper's work on google, I love his paintings but my pixel house isn't a tribute or anything of the sort, I'm not skilled enough to do it :) The sky took me ages -_-

Awesome! My only crit is that the house looks a bit flat, since you are looking straight at it.. Maybe if you changed the angle of the view just a little bit like Varock Shade said, it would look more impressive, and that might add a sense of depth!
Thank you very much ^-^ BadMrBox> it took me around 12 hours, but I would have spent less time if I had known how to make the sky, clouds and background forest before, it would have take me twice less time to make it. And I think I should not have done all the dithering thing in the sky pixel by pixel, it would have been quicker to use a special brush but I'm kinda stupid and masochist sometimes :p
it looks very impressive and... victorian the house could have looked more impressive if you made the camera view a little from below, not too much, else it would have looked like a haunted house... anyway... i love it!
