It's pretty good art man, the arm scale things are a little sharp but other than that. The only thing making that cartoon worth watching is buu (sp?) Though.

Left eye ruins the face. it should be like the rigth one, mean, you wanted this o_ô it looks like o_Ô.

Yes, guys, I think this in a semi-SD style. >_>;

BUT I LOVE PICCOLO. <3 sljhgahgahgk. My favorite DBZ character next to Trunks.

However, there are some places where I think the pixel art could be improved. Some of the linework (especially on the (our) right edge of the cape) could be whittled down. The shadows on (our) left part of his hat goes against the light source and the folds could easily be implied without the full on fold lines. I'm very bad at putting my critiques into the right words, but I hope I got something across. D:
