Something I did for a project of mine, on which I am still working. Here is a simple warrior.

Couple of days of work, since I got stuck in the process a few times. 19 colors (transparency including).

Resubmitted after fixing legs, armor, head, general proporsions etc... ;) removing the ugly shadow and limiting it to just one dude

the middle of the line at the bottom of his head needs to be blended in his is neck.

You can get better, but youneed to step it up.  however, very nice shield.
