Here is my unfinished piece for the weekly challenge... Maybe it's already over though and I don't even know if posting unfinished piece is authorized..
(for the little story, I posted this same picture on pixelation on friday, since then I was in the hospital.. I just returned.. as a father of a little girl called " Vanille " )

Elk: I consider the bottom and dark part of the nose done, but I need to fix the sides ( with the blue)
the mainparts to be fixed: hair (add ears maybe), jaw/chin, right side of the cloth, and the light.. Jalonso: yeah maybe if it's a boy
As rockybolan mentioned , reminds of a game posters, especially ZX Spectrum posters to me. It could be turned into nice ZX-Spectrum splash for a game as the palette is quite close to EGA. Definitely a top entry.
congratulations on being father now ;) I already told you on pixelation how much I like this. Shame you couldn't finish it. Well seems like you had better things to do ;)
