16 frames is fine, but yeah, when the scarf moves to the bottom it looks like it is cut off a bit. 

16 frames is a bit much. Also, this is too cute. X3

I like this a lot. Only suggestion I would make is inserting another frame as the scarf goes upwards, as it gets a tiny bit choppy. By no means is it a big deal though.
