this is indeed better then most of your work :)
I like the detail on the face, and it's a funny concept to. Nice work, the one thing I hate the most is that the eye on the right looks a bit pillowed

Well, for one its not iso. The dithering seems much improved. Most importantly this show a great improvement as it deals with the lineart. Here you have clearly defined all the areas yet did not 'outline' as the rest of your gallery mostly shows. Also the color choices made here are fresh looking and well chosen, in your other pixels the color palettes are amateur-ish. How's that for kinda different?
