First of all, HUGE thanks to Ceddo. You should see his ice staff first, it's way better than mine. (http://www.pixeljoint.com/pixelart/14733.htm) I used most of my colors from him, and I copied his ice making method.

Anyway, first decent attempt at dithering. Hooray!
