Thisone is good, but the turquise in the face looks a bit missplaced to me. But really good anyway

I like it. I would add even more dark red to the left to have more contrast but as I said at the forum I like it the way it is. Also I like the bright outline for the hair.

As for the shading of the right part I liked the very first WIP shading. I think you were aiming to make the chin stand out but it seems like it doesn't work.

Last thing, the glass could have some reflections.
