Tried a new style and this is what came of it. Took me all day, but it was fun. Edit: Now it goes all the way around! Yeah!!! 14 Frames.

That does help. It just needs a lot more frames because the animation won't have a rest period any more - it'll just keep spinning. I don't want to give people an aneurism like I did with my other entry.

for the speed, imagine you see the scene from above, it's like a watch, you have to decide how many minutes you want to move the beam per frame.. then try to put your "watch" in perspective .. don't know if it helps

I like those black squares! nice style.. there is a big issue with the beam tho...
we should be able to see it all around, not just when it's facing us... you fix it and I give you one more point
