I've always loved this... and I was very surprised to find the sprites here used in a game on AddictingGames.com (and other places I'm sure). I'm assuming you were involved in it?

@ Kakikukeko:
I agree that the rhythm on some of the animations is off. Probably the generic and wheelchair zombies. Those were made many months earlier than the other two and also go off 12 and 16 frame animations versus 8. The plan is to retouch up the older sprites now.

Also it is important to note that these are the workings of a sidescrolling zombie shooter game. It should be done kind of soon but, not too soon. I'll make sure to update this entry with a link when the game is out.

When I saw the preview I immediately thought that the image itself is not gonna be as good as the preview, but I was wrong.
