   Hah, ha. looks great. However, I don't quite understand why you went from a normal shading style with his face, and immediately went to dithering with his clothes, and feet. I'm not sure that the "dithering for texture" excuse may work in this case, seeing as how his face is smoothly shaded, yet his other flesh parts,(hand and feet) are dithered. Personally, I would have done without dithering. Also, the belt seems kind of fat, all around. I guess the flicker gives it that 3d-ish look, rather than a normal flat, karate belt.
   None the less, this is still great. I used to be a big Street Fighter whore, and am still wishing they'd create Street Fighter 4, already(At least a TASTEFUL 3d Street Fighter, not those crappy, SF ex games, blegh!!). Oh well, I think we're all fans of the Saikyo-ryuu impersonator, in some form or fashion.  He rocks just as bad as the other shoto clones. Gotta love em!
