I agree with HMC, you should take more advantage of the colors, and apply a bit AA on the outlines.

That's a lot of colors, especially for something so small. You can't really differentiate the skin tones unless you look really closely, and even then, it's pretty hard. Especially considering you didn't use those colors to smooth out any of the edges, which look pretty ugly and jagged.
