LOL blade of darkness and its REALLY really light.

Yeah, same as Jalonso said. Or, darken it or make it crimson colored.

I'm on a dark theme and it fails. Maybe a very light BG with a frame of some kind to give purpose to the pixel and not look like you didn't plan it :/

It actually did, but I was told to remove it :P maybe I could make a background with lighter colors to complement it.
