I believe perspective distortion can explain the anatomy pretty well, but I find the 'revealing bit' a tad confusing.

the are some anatomy problems in the arm and the legs, also, the skirt looks a bit... weird? the legs doesn't match the pose of the body as it looks like her ass is looking fowards... (...)
