A little dithering would have helped, especially on the metals.

Thank you for your comment, but this is my third pixel art, so I made a lot of mistakes. But with time, I think I will understand, and I will repair that.

Technically it's a very odd mixture. AA here (even outer), no AA there; selout here, no setlout there; details here, no detail there. But the overall look is quite comforting. Hand looks a bit awkward, not really holding the spear and the tandle of the spear looks nonmanually rotated - or maybe not. Color-count is a bit high, I think it could be reduced to 16.
