Interesting use of palette. Very uncommon, I would say. Good work on curles and the way the BG isn't ignored is just great. I just think the curles lacks shape. But probably the darker color would ruin them, not really sure.

somehow this pixel gives me a feeling at looking at something out of an old game, or an old drawing with paper that has become yellow-ish over the years, like a photo in a frame that i have just found in an old box, ready to put somewhere in your room as decoration. I love it!
