Unless he doesn't have jet engines and that brown chunk is just motion blur.
The logo-motionblur is pretty good. Perhaps it could be improved by
darkening the 'main' logo as it nears the middle. (simulates the effect that close objects appear to move faster)

It reminds me of the logo I used for all the cars I used to draw a few years ago. A Turtle with some kind of spinning wheels on it. Funny to see that someone made a piece that's almost similar.

Love the wheel-like motion of the legs. That's one seriously suped-up turtle. :)

I don't know if it's a eyebrow or a hair on the head, but if it could vibrate with the wind it would be perfect! (Also the eyes could be a bit more closed because of the wind..)

Once I pixelated a turtle and failed animating it. Now I see the right of turtle animation, heh :)
