No, it isn't pixelart.  The fact that you didn't use a gradient doesn't mean shit.  It isn't the only NPA tool.

Ensellitis, For the challange is not appropriate.Correct! But it is pixel art. Is true i used a miror to get the building on the water but i have no gradients (the "gradient" is made from few lines) PS: np if you dont add it in the gallery. I like it :) and I'm working on something new right now

nopes. the background. notice the antialiased alpha blend that you use for the reflex of the yellow sky in the... ocean?
