I'm not sure what these things are, or why everyone has them, but conformity is always a good thing, right? Also, I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who isn't sick of the whole pirate/ninja thing...

you referenced off of indigo's, yes? anyways your whole entire face is too low. bring it up some, especially the eyes.

I love the pirate one, ninja, I'm not so keen on...Also your chin seems like it's that of a kid's. Not an adult. Your whole bottom head should be wider. Look at the other's for reference.

Also, those "things" was a fad on Pixelation where most people made one as their avatar-Correction- fadatar.
