a test to see if i could do sub pixel animation. it was pretty damn fun. will probably do more, bigger, later. basically a cheap derivative of http://www.monsoon2d.com/images/pixelart/subpixel-smily.gif by monsoon 2d.

Sub-pixel animation is a very valuable tool, and kudos for giving it a shot, Akira. Try taking it a step further and see how slow you can make the movement (without decreasing the frame-rate).

jah, this was never meant to be a magnificent piece. just testin' my animation skillz. the AA is a bit much. thanks for the comments kids.

The border is a stylistic choice. And sub-pixelling may have an over AAed look to it, imo.
