Turbo: Anatomy errors? You do realise that this was not supposed to be a photorealistic portrait right? I mean, just look at his huge head and even huger ear :p

Great shading on the face, and good palette. Anatomy is a bit off though, and the eyes are a bit too cartoony. I'm not so sure about the letters, but it does give this a more unique feel...

Love his emo haircut.I think the whole affair can be settled by moving Hitlep a bit to the right, and then you'd have enough space for text.
Maybe a flower would in his hand would convey the message better than a cocktail, but what the hell.

, I can see no other part of the text hidden like the "R". Seriously, the perception here is "hitlep". Why not move him a little to the right to give some more space for the text? Besides, the center axis design is kind of "competed" by the left heavy chunky text (don't know if I expressed this correctly in English). Well, it certainly has some style 
I never saw a picture with Hitler wearing a red tie (after all, he was not really a communist, you know...). However, you (probably unwittingly) incorporated the fact, that he was left handed (as far as I know) by making him hold the cocktail with his left hand.BTW, the picture says "Hitlep was a sensitive man"

(seriously he was a good artist... )otherwise concerning the picture, he is very recognisable even tho still very far from the ref.. maybe more saturated colors would have been more effective for the message.. and a more friendly face too to push the irony a bit further?
