we are going to need a scan of that picture then... because im not buying this either. there are classic signs of color reduction all over this, 80% of it is saying color redux to me. so unless you can provide the picture, i am sending this back
thats most likely a color reduction. Sorry But I dont think you made this 100% pixel The pixel placement is more than often ridiculous yet the feel is almost photo like, so yeah I don't beleive this
