RULE #6: Any art you post should be PIXEL ART! Pixel art implies that each pixel is placed by hand (no filters, paintbrushes, gradient fills, etc).

Ahem, I don't think that Background is pixeled, but I already pushed the "Yes" button.. You got the face done really well, why not the bg? Nice work anyway, though, she reminds me of someone.
