This is ace! I especially like the colour scheme, the bright green compliments the brown perfectly.

I'd scrap the 2nd pair of eyes, very nice job, I love the feel of the picture, and the little birdies make it look totally evil

Oh man, that is one great monster tree. Just one problem. If its for a game. You will want to animate it. But i can tell you. It will be almost impossible.
