Heum....i`m ashamed to ask this but what do you mean by "high color-count" ?.........it`s the first time that i try the dolling thing so not such an expert myself 
Your sense of shapes is getting better, the lineart of this is way better then your previous works. I would have cleaned it up a bit though, there are some jaggies here and there.
I'm not really in this dolling thing, is the high color-count normal?
Oh, and you left some white pixels under the letter H.
181 colors! Most of them are really close to each other. For example four of them just for the seemingly homogenous lips! Tons of skin shades, the same effect could be done with eight colors.
Haven't mentioned before but I really like the hair. I'd add some contrast and a little hue-shift, but it's nice this way too, it's the best part in my opinion.
