This is a dragon I made and animated a while ago. I'm not positive on how many colors I used, but I think I used nine. (Including transparency.) I fixed up the animation a bit.

I'm terribly sorry that the animation was WAY too fast. The computer was lagging at the time I was setting the speed, and so the animation looked much slower than it actually was.

And I did emphasize the steps a bit, because this is my first walking animation that looks anything like a walk.

He's sure got a spring in his step! If it was up to me, I'd reduce the up-down movement a bit. At the moment, he looks rather too jaunty.

My favorite was always the 30 Day trial of Graphics Gale shareware.

The free version doesnt do gifs

How? It looks fine to me. Of course, that doesn't mean it will look fine to everyone. How could I improve it?

It's alright, but you could improve the actual walk.
