Exactly! make it your own by persinalizing it as you see fits. Different colors for sure since that tutorial is so well known. Add to it too. Flowerboxes, tiled roof, a walkway, a graden, a chimney, a fire, an explosion...be creative and just keep the iso grid in mind as you alter things.
The forum is there for you if you need suggestions too.
urm, ill ask it here but what exactly would i need to do to make it allowed? start a new one and use what i learnt but different aspects and stuff? eg the house being taller, different colour shades etc? stuff like that? i was thinking maybe some grass aswell? :S
oh okay thanks jalonso, i did follow the tutorial and did not rip it i can tell you that ^_^ as you say it's not 100% original, my windows are different etc :p i will see what i can do with it and try to re-submit, thanks.
This piece from the Rhys Tutorial (a pixelart classic) needs to be reinterpreted with an original take to be added to the gallery. You did great on following it, but its hard to tell because you followed it so closely it just as easy may have been ripped, understand? Re-work your pixel, based on the tutorial and what you learned from it, to make an original that is 100% yours and then re-submit that.
