I agree with DJD. I think that the tiny size of this li'l cutie actually is one of the reasons why it's so good. Well done for so few colors and pixels.
This has nice composition and real class. Honestly I think any more shading or details would hinder the intended simplicity of the piece. Similar to the panda you did before, it's a nice size and style that I would really like to see in a game.
Great pixels can be any size, whether small or titanic; it is the skill, composition, and thought that goes into a piece that determines if it is lame or great.
Lame. We all know you can make this better, and unless you seriously need to have it that small make it at least twice that size. Shading would help as well, although it's glad to see there is some on there.
