Last one wasn't too true to the pokemon style so I had another atempt. wanted make a pokemon that digs, decided im to be a firetype.. It's pretty hard trying to make something original since there are so many already. Cheers.

no but seriously, not original??? I think it is very original, and I have seen the sprite sheets for all the official pokemon games currently released.
As far as crit goes the flames on the last one look kinda odd to me, i would say look at some reference in that case. In fact the last one just all around upsets me at the moment, it seems to change style a bit and doesn't look as polished as the others do to me.

froginred you've got a nack of pointing out the obvious.

I dont think its a not original, charmander is a dragon and cindoquil is somewhat of a ferret. Yes he his a lizardish creature but my intentions were totally different, this pokemon has a hard black head like a pachycephalosaurus and on his last evolution a fire emitting spine.

There were so many various dinosaurs in existance, I think its being a bit anal grouping them all into the group (dragon). Maybe i've just used similar colours, i'll have a go recolouring this guy.

hmmm, dont he looks like CHARMANDER and his evloed steps? (a fire lisard. i i gont get it wong its no#4. also, there is already a pokemon with a flame burst from its back.
