Just use any tutorial. It doesn't matter if it's pixel art or not.

For some reason all of your pixels don't show up for me.

Edit: It shows up now. Prolly it was IE. I think that you used too many colors, and maybe you have some atanomy problems.

this is sort of childs appearing in the japanese version of the ring, but inspired too in my personal appearance ^^
