yes but not much, dithering is rather minimal, and i did use as much or maybe more than the reference sprite, see:

You could dither, though. It's quite common in Pokemon.

yes, it is the same style as the original, that's how we usually do it when reposing these pgeymanz, it's good practice to learn the style as well ^^
