Another AGS Sprite Jam competition entry. The theme was "Elementals". He started out as a shadow elemental, but I started adding the gooey drips and the wispy smoke and he eventually turned into an embodiment of why children are afraid of the dark, and the stuff of nightmares. Fun stuff.
4 colors, though three were used on the eyes. To keep the alpha channels, I left it as a .png file.
