Cute sprite, looks like the bottom right of the cats jaw wasnt drawn in though, the head looks like it should be in front of the shoulder not the other way around. Head + left paw look unfinished, and there is a big rectangle of pink that follows no lighting pattern on the rightmost hind leg that bothers me but pretty nice lighting on the rest. That well saturated magenta is risky to play with, good job pulling it off! :)

I agree. That was stated very rudely. But, Morganne is an incredible pixel artist, and I personally don't see why they wouldn't pick another one of her pieces. If I were to say so, I don't understand why it stands out, as nice as it is. :) It's probably just me. Or the fact that it is so simple makes it a good selection. And, it is a very old selection, not to mention. It mustr have been fantastic for its time.
