Shrub you should notice 1. It is actually from years back so "general" styles might've changed since then and there was a lot less pixel artists on pixel joint back then 2. Look at the amount of detail, god, this is lovely. But even I didn't appreciate this piece when I first saw it, but now that I came back to it, I truly see the beauty of it :)

The art is fantastic. Perfectly shaded, an amazing pose; all in all, a great work of art.

So it's not as elaborate as some other pieces; who cares? It's still a work of art that deserves fame.

(By the way, I'm a straight girl, so the nudity isn't even a factor here.)

I have to agree with Morganne 2. Any form or shape is concidered art. And nude to me is art beyond human extents because very few people express it because fear of distgustiness.

This peice is really nice and I don't understand why people spend time posting insult instead of critiques. So for the record I'm new here but please don't post insults.

To the comment Sonic made about the "tummy rolls", heh - all I can say is - all REAL human(oid) beings get some creasing there in that kind of pose, especially females because they generally have a bit of tummy fat there, and I'm talking about the average, ideal figure - it's meant to be there.  Even on that faerie's slim build.
Something anyone can pick up just by being observant around real human beings and not urealistically sand-blasted smooth android looking pinups.
I didn't find it distracting - indeed I didn't even notice it untill he pointed it out.  Because it looks quite normal to me.
I think this is one of the lovely details you will see in artwork done by an "actual" female :) rather than some guy's fantasy.

I might agree that the breasts are levitating a bit much for their size, but I'm thinking that it would be hard to draw them down a bit at this resolution without it looking funny, I don't know.
