Interesting character. I do like the pose, but I find the face a little hard to read

It looks really messy, like you resized something in MS Paint. Noteable points: The right claw(our left) looks like its missing some pixels, and the bottom of the right wing(our left again) has some really strange selout-ing.

The selective outlining makes it look a bit untidy, in my opinion, but that could well be just a metter of taste.

Better? They're anime-ish eyes. They don't really need pupils. I added them anyway.
