A compilation of three Grand Theft Auto characters made in the course of a year and a half. From left to right: Claude from GTA III (completed 2005; first uploaded on deviantART; 44 colors*), Tommy Vercetti from GTA:Vice City (completed 2006; first uploaded on deviantART; 54 colors*) and Carl Johnson from GTA:San Andreas (completed 2007; first uploaded on PixelJoint; 25 colors).

* So I didn't regulate color use earlier on. Sue me.

All images created by me using MS Paint. Conversion done with ImageReady.

Nice! As soon as i saw these I thought grand theft auto, immediatley, you did a nice job portraying each game. Also nice caching the main scnenes/backgrounds they used in each game for them theme.

Sweet. The characters may be a bit off but the backgrounds really do a fantastic job at capturing the atmosphere of the cities.

I suspect it could be the proportion of the head. Trimmed it a bit; should look better now.

The BGs are nice, but I can't help noticing the head on the first one..
