This is my first submission on this site, I hope you like it

I am not very good but I am willing to learn. I like the octopus and I wanted to make an under water background but I could not I will keep trying.

Oh okay...Well I am new at this but I tried my best. I imagined the light source on somewhere top right to the octopi but I guess its not looking great. I am still learning...hope to do better in future

Pillow shading is when the light source is indefined, hard to tell where it's coming from.

Dithering would be fairly useful.

I like this a lot.  Expecially the colors. 

Although the pillow shading is distracting.
