hmm well, i antialiased it at like 3 in the morning, so that's why it's a bit fuzzy/overdone... i couldn't really sleep, yet i was tired. :P a little weird, i know. well, i also know the animation is pretty retarded looking, but i'm not all so good with animations :P

I like the colors, and what you drew, but I think the lighting could be diffrent..like this seems to have no real light sourse except for right on, it would be cool if it was brighter in the face like someone shown a flashlight on it and saw it. But just a suggestion, pretty cool lil mutant octo.

Cool octopus. I find it too AAd and not enough dithering. Animation is ok.

speeding the animation up slightly might help ^.^
