I didn't use a large canvas to compensate for depth. I used it because I wanted to do somthing big =). This is a very cool picture though. I don't see any problems with it other than I think some different colors would make it even better than it is.

I notice that most entires this week are using larger canvases to compensate for the depth aspect of the challenge. I actually find your small canvas and the ability to show depth and volume a huge win.

These Moai statues always remind me of Gradius/Parodius. All in all, I like it =)
