I scrarped this project (The game Montgomery and this monster was for) when I realized how it would take me a year just to make the graphics. This guy is missing 3 animations: Turn, hurt, and death.

It's kinda cute, in a slimy sort of way... I really like his tentacles, they're well animated! I just can't quite figure out what those bright red pixels are doing floating around...
I think the bite could use a bit more exaggeration, like the head tilting backwards and the teeth become huge. Other than that (which is just a personal preference), it's great.
