 Oh yah, that is great idea.

What I find interesting about this is it seems you finalised your colour palette long before you started colouring. Don't think I could work that way. :) Great shading so far on the final piece, though you seem to be anti-aliasing to the white background. That's fine if you only use it on white, it'll just have a spotted outline on anything much darker. :)

Love these step by step pixel pieces. The final step looks like it's still being worked.
