One last thing, then ill be quiet.
You need to make the white background transparent.
You can use www.iaza.com
Or download Graphics Gale or some other software.
Also, the small preview picture needs to be 64x64 size to be used as an avatar

Good job, only thing i can say to change is the harsh outlining on the hands, maybe choose a lighter tone. Dont worry, ill be done soon.
