I chose one of my favorite teacher in the school and drew him with pixels. The result wasn't as I expected but overall I'm satisfied that I didn't throw my laziness within. This man was one of the most honest teacher I had the chance to study with. He is known in the school for his super strong and loud voice, which explains why nobody sleeps in his classes. He was a great friend of mine and a man with great sense of humor.

Nice palette, maybe it needs some dithering, expecially on his trousers

I think it looks nice, but the pants could use some further work, they seem incomplete. A few more subtle large folds, and some smoothening of the shades. Also, body proportions are somewhat odd in places (arm sizes, body to head height, etc.)

Original theme though :)

His fingers are not the right size, his little finger is too small and his middle finger is to big.

The hand on his pocket looks very small by the "size" it makes inside the pocket. The lightsource on his left arm is not the same from the rest of the body. You could also add some folds to the pants and volume to the belt.

Also, why the anti-alias on his hair, but not on the rest of the body? It would be great if you use it on all the piece :)
