A character for a comic I was going to make but gave up on. His name is chuckles and originally had a backwards hat.

It was too small so I put it in paint and stretch/skewed it by 400%

EDIT: It looks really nice now, small and no white back round, good job.

This looks cool, just get rid of the white back round. And in my opinion, I don't like the words.
