I tried give a variety of styles. Notice that the left column has more colours and the bottom row is brighter.

Is there a reason why you didn't shade this brightly like your other sprites?

The proportions are fine Setzer, the legs start at his belt which IS half way across his body, and the arms are probably 2 pixels too long, tops...if this was a proportionate character, but it's not, it's more along the lines of chibi.

First one is my fav.

arms = way too long and deformed, lower half should be about equal lenth as the upper half.

I guess the set of links form a chain? XP

The one on the top right is definetly my favorite.  I like the darker feel to it. 

Looks great, although I'd fix the transparency (little block of white showing in the bottom right)
