A character I made today... Don't ask me why I called the image Mayor, I just thought he looked like one :P I'm pretty happy with the result... Oh, and he may look like he's smiling, but that's his chin, actually... His mouth is covered by the moustache :P 19 colours in total.

Right on. His belt-line looks way too straight though. I think it would look better if it followed the same sort of curve that you have right above his legs.
