Your right side (our left) is VERY flat, like you just used the line tool or something.

Your reference picture has an odd perspective on your face which resulted in a deformed view for your pixel. You have no mouth, your face is not symmetrical and the definition of the bottom of your nose is vague. From your eyes up it's fine, but the bottom half looks unhuman to me.
